The page showed $65 and 13% of goal on November 10 and will run through our ZOOM meeting at 11 AM Thursday, November 13 or even longer. Click here to discuss how to do more for the food drive on Thursday:

Statewide, the Texas AFL-CIO is soliciting donations through Feeding Texas.
The news about the food shortage has been confusing because President Trump says one day that he will comply with the law and then says he won’t. Difficult as it is to imagine an American government that would deliberately starve its people in the midst of plenty, that’s what we’re faced with and what we must fight against.
