TARA Is Also A Lot of Fun!

The Dallas Chapter of Texas Alliance for Retired Americans had a picnic instead of its usual first-Wednesday meeting April 6. We met at Kidd Springs Park where we’ve had three great picnics before. The weather was good to us!

We also made more headway on our fight to win for retirees in 2022. Organizer Judy Bryant announced our phone banking initiative. As we have already endorsed Beto O’Rourke for Governor, we can get on labor’s phone banking service anywhere in the state. Everybody at the picnic volunteered to help.

Voting rights attorney Bedford attended. He met our own specialist on voting rights, Chapter President Williams.

TARA means business when it comes to winning, but TARA also means fun for all!
